ALA files comments on broadband, BIP & BTOP

The American Library Association (ALA) filed comments on Monday to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) and the Rural Utilities Services (RUS) on the Broadband Initiatives Program (BIP) and Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP).
